On October 8, 2021, the first team Leader meeting and regular meeting of the 2021-2022 Tai ‘an Service Team of LIONS Club of Shenzhen, China was held in Shenzhen Bay Science and Technology Ecological Park, Nanshan District. A total of 18 people attended the meeting, including Mentor Zhou Ting of the Shenzhen Lions Club of China, Captain Tian Jing of the Tai ‘an Service Team, Captain Huang Yijian of the previous team, first Vice-captain Wu Gaozhang, second vice-captain Su Tong, third vice-captain Chen Qinglong, former captains Jiang Zhaopeng, Chen Guangxi, Chen Zhidong, Feng Yuan, Secretary Zhuang Lihua and financial Officer Wu Xiangya. The meeting was chaired by Chen Zhidong and presided over by Tian Jing.
The meeting reported the list and composition of Taian Service team members, the main division of work of the service team in 2021-2022, and the plan of monthly regular meeting and team leader meeting.
Captain Tian Jing expressed the hope that the Tai ‘an service team will continue to maintain a good atmosphere, control the cost of the meeting, and do simple and efficient.
Mentor Zhou Ting stressed that financial information must be open and transparent, legal and compliant, please the service team financial disclosure monthly financial income and expenditure, take the initiative to accept the service team lion friends supervision.
Former captain Jiang Zhaopeng suggested that the service activities plan should timely supplement the contents of the Anti-Japanese War veterans project.
Lin Ziyu, former supervisor of China Lions Association and former president of China Shenzhen Lions Club, sent a message to propose starting negotiations and promotion of educational programs in Guangdong as appropriate when the epidemic situation is stable.
The participating team members also had a full discussion on the plan of this year’s service activities, and decided to stick to the quality service activities of Tai ‘an Service team — lighting up the lamps, caring for veterans of the Anti-Japanese War, Guizhou Wukong Tai ‘an Lion Primary School, Huaiji Wenxing Orphanage projects; Actively participate in and support the district council’s red action, first aid and other service projects; Build an exchange platform for lion friends, and organize visits and experience exchanges between lion enterprises at a timely time; We actively responded to emergencies such as the flood in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, and promptly responded to the needs of social services.
