Dear Fellow Lion,
Registration is now open for the 59th East and Southeast Asia Annual Meeting of LIONS Clubs International (hereinafter referred to as Jeju Annual Meeting), which will be held in Jeju Island, South Korea from November 23 to 27, 2022. The China Lions Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association) recommends that all regional Lions voluntarily register for the annual meeting in Jeju Island after fully considering the travel difficulties and economic losses that may be caused by the epidemic prevention and control. The second round of registration is hereby notified as follows:
I. Registration fee
According to the relevant regulations of the Jeju Annual Conference Organizing Committee, the registration fee policy is as follows:
1.Registration before September 30, 2022, the registration fee is $110 / person, and the registration fee is $55 / person for family members aged 17 and under;
2.From October 1 to November 20, 2022, the registration fee is US $130 / person and US $65 / person for family members aged 17 and under;
3. Starting from November 21, 2022, on-site registration is available only and the registration fee is US $130 / person, and the registration fee is US $65 / person for family members aged 17 and under.
Ii. Registration method
The registration fee will be remitted to China Lion Federation and will not be refunded.
Federation according to the registration fee preferential timeTwo rounds of collection and payment service will be provided.The second round of collection and payment requirements are as follows:
1. Deadline for the second round of collection and payment: 18:00 November 2, 2022;
2. The registration fee of this round is 130 USD/person, equivalent to 942.5 RMB. The registration fee will be converted into RMB by 1% above the exchange rate of 7.18 on the date of the notification, which will be 7.18×1.01=7.25 at the time of remittance.
All Lions participating in the 59th East and Southeast Asia Annual Conference are required to register. The registration fee is the admission fee for the annual conference. After registration, you can get admission signs, conference brochures, badges and other souvenirs at the conference venue.

Iv. Other matters needing attention
1. The Association will only collect and pay the registration fees of registered members. Family members and relatives of members are invited to register through the official website of Jeju Annual Conference (http://oseal2020.com/en/).
2. For hotel booking, all registered members should take care of themselves. The Association will not collect or pay relevant fees. The official website of Jeju Annual Conference provides several introductions of hotels cooperating with the Organizing committee (Annex 3) for your reference.
3. Members are not allowed to entrust a third party travel agency in the name of LIONS Club of Shenzhen, China for related work, to sign cooperation agreements with it, or to have financial exchanges with it.
V. Payment method
Registration fee should be paid to the LIONS Club Office in Shenzhen, China and can be paid by cash or swipe card, wechat payment to China Lions Online, or transfer to the following accounts:
